Refund Policy

The refund terms for ArenaContact (NeuraPalette LLC) subscription fees are set out below. Refund requests are sent to support@arenacontact.com and are resolved within a reasonable time.

14-day free trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial period, nothing is charged. The first fee is only collected at the end of the trial.

Setup

Setting up your salon and delivering your invite codes is free on every plan; no separate setup fee is charged.

3-month, 6-month and annual (prepaid) plans

If a prepaid plan is cancelled, the unused full months are refunded, calculated at the full monthly list price (₺2,150/month) — in other words, the discount applied to the prepaid plan is taken back for the months you used.

Example: if an annual plan paid at ₺19,800 is cancelled after 3 months, 3 months × ₺2,150 of usage (₺6,450) is deducted and roughly ₺13,350 is refunded.

In a period where a referral coupon was applied, the refund is calculated on the basis of the amount actually charged on the invoice.

Right of withdrawal

The terms and exceptions for the right of withdrawal are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement. In addition, thanks to the 14-day free trial, you can try the service and walk away free of charge before the first payment is ever taken.

Refund timing and method

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the card / payment method used for payment, within 14 days at the latest after the request is approved. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the amount to reach your account.
